NCR Silver Sponsors FinTech South Conference at Mercedes-Benz Stadium
Big data. Artificial intelligence. E-commerce. Mobile payments. Blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
Because the Southeast generates more than $72 billion in revenues, these were all hot topics at this year’s FinTech South Conference in Atlanta. The Technology Association of Georgia hosted 60+ start ups from around the globe at Mercedes-Benz stadium to showcase the latest solutions and payment trends.
The two-day, inaugural event focused on a “global exchange of insights, innovations and trends fueling tomorrow’s financial tech industry.” With four keynote speakers, 100 speakers and over 24 interactive breakout sessions with industry experts, NCR Silver was proud to sponsor Innovation Alley – a place where invite-only startups showcased the latest innovations to more than 1000 attendees representing more than 400 companies.
At launch, the event was cemented as one of the Southeast’s largest events dedicated to financial tech trends, and that’s why NCR Silver President & GM Chris Poelma calls it a “raging success.”
“FinTech South is the intersection of innovative supply and demand, and this year’s conference demonstrated that,” says Poelma, who also served on a panel of judges comprised of industry veterans to recognize Georgia’s best early-stage companies for a chance to win the nation’s largest fintech prize: $50,000 and acceptance into the ATDC Accelerate program.
“We were excited to be a part of such an incredible platform, and demo NCR Silver to partners, customers and prospects in Innovation Alley.”
Our team had a blast meeting industry colleagues, learning more about new startups and demonstrating how to deliver the best possible customer experience using the latest payment trends.
We are proud to serve our community of entrepreneurs with the latest and greatest, and we love being a part of a network that’s built for innovation.
